One of the remnants of the
WW2 Radio Tower that once stood on the Mystic Islands sod and from which
Radio Road takes its name. These concrete blocks can be seen throughout
Mystic, on land and in the lagoons. They were used to anchor the
tower in place. |

The Mystic Islands
Marina, back in business as of 2002, stood forlorn and empty for so many years on Radio Road, it's smokestack a visible landmark
from out in the bay.
